The villa "Casa Dona Carmen" is situated in the peaceful resort of Playa Flamenca, about 4 miles south of the town of Torrevieja. Alicante and Murcia airports are about a 35 minute drive away.

The villa is located on a small private development and enjoys the use of a well maintained communal pool. There is a complex of restaurants, bars and shops three minutes walk away. There are a number of blue flag beaches close by, the nearest of which can be reached by foot in ten minutes. There is also a large supermarket within easy walking distance.

If golf is your hobby, you can drive to the golf courses: Villa Martin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas in ten minutes.

Facilities include:

Three Bedrooms, one with a double bed, and two twin bedded rooms. There are also two pull/fold-out beds, a travel cot/play-pen and high chair available. A luxury bathroom complete with a full size bath and shower.

A comfortable living room with dining table and colour satelite TV receiving UK television.

A fully equipped kitchenette, complete with fridge freezer, oven, hob, and washing machine.

Two sun terraces, one at ground level and a large south-facing roof terrace offering a modest view of the sea. Both terraces have retractable awnings to provide some shade if desired.

The swimming pool area is large, grassed and very private with a hedge running around the perimeter. The pool itself is a good size with a toddlers' pool attached. There are also permanent umbrellas providing shade.
