La Cinulica

La Cinulica is a relatively new development in the Los Altos area only a few minutes drive from the main coast road and is 5 minutes South of Torriveja on theCosta Blancaand the beach, shops, bars and restaurants at Punta Prima.

Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit.

Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 25 minutes.

The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and the owners have added a number of personal touches which serve to be both practical and welcoming.

The main living area offers a 3 seater sofa and an arm chair, coffee table, wall unit and a dining table with 4 chairs.
2 ceiling fans have been provided in this area for the hotter months and 2 portable electric heaters are also available for winter.

A television and DVD are supplied and a digital TV service will be provided.

Into the kitchen and you will find all the necessary equipment for both holiday and long term stays. At the rear of the kitchen a door leads into an enclosed utility area where the washing machine, microwave and additional storage is provided.
Kitchen equipment includes oven and hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, juicer, iron and ironing board. All the necessary cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery etc is provided.

The 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. The main bedroom has 2 bedside draw units, table lamps and 2 additional draw units in the wardrobes. The second bedroom has 1 draw unit and a table lamp plus 2 additional drawer units in the wardrobes.

Both bedrooms have electric clock radio alarms. All the necessary bedding is provided.

The large family sized bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin. Bath and beach towels are provided.

Outside, on the generous covered terrace there is an external table and 4 chairs and in addition 2 sun loungers and an umbrella are provided.

The terrace overlooks the communal pool with well kept green surroundings and the nearby landscaped communal areas.
This is an extremely well appointed apartment with everything in place for an enjoyable stay.
