A luxurious and spacious apartment in a superb location on the edge of the water with panoramic views across the Mar Menor towards mainland Spain.

Overlooking a stylish promenade, with steps down into the sandy sea, our apartment has a large terrace to sit and soak up the sun or watch the amazing sunsets over the water (see pictures taken from balcony).

A few minutes walk in one direction will bring you to a sandy beach on the Mar Menor, with its calm, warm waters, renowned for their high mineral levels and healing qualities. Cross the road and you will find a long sandy beach fronting the Mediterranean. There is also a communal pool.

A few minutes walk in the other direction is the Tomas Maestre Marina with its ‘café lifestyle’, bars and restaurants around the fabulous marina with boat trips around the Mar Menor.

The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa bed, satellite TV and video and patio doors leading to a large terrace with wonderful sea views. An inner hallway leads to the master bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobes, patio doors to terrace with full sea view and fully tiled en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, vanity unit, WC and bidet.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin beds with fitted wardrobes. Both rooms have side sea views and bedroom 3 has a private balcony. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, vanity unit, WC and bidet.

There is a well-fitted and elegant galley style kitchen with fridge freezer, oven and hob leading to a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.The apartment has air conditioning in living room and bedrooms and underfloor heating.

Whilst the apartment is situated in a fairly quiet area on La Manga strip with good quality shops and restaurants within walking distance, the busier, bustling part of the strip is just a short drive or bus journey away. With a variety of water sports, golf, clubs, casinos and go Karts within easy reach it has something for everyone.
