Listing Your Property
Below we describe the costs, if any, for advertising on this website and also what we need from you to be able to add your property to the website.
Each property appears in the property to rent listing and on its own web page and will appear for one year from date of subscription. Renewals are charged at the rates below and are for one yea from the date of renewal.
You require an email address to be able to list your property. If this is a problem please contact us.
Costs
To advertise on this website is free for the first year if you have purchased your property through an agent who has an agency agreement with us. Excluded from agency referrals are links to your own website, additional photographs and setup charges (if required).
Otherwise the cost is:
| £50 per year per entry (maximum four photos) | |
| £25 per year for a link to your own website | |
| £10 per year for each additional photograph |
There aren't any setup charges unless you require us to scan in your photographs or transcribe your property description. Setup charges are not included in agency arrangements.

All costs are plus VAT.
Going Ahead: Information Required
What we need from you is listed below.
| COPYRIGHT: Please note that for all the materials (photos, maps, descriptions...) provided to us for creating your entry on this website you should either own the copyright in or have the copyright owner's permission to use it for this purpose. Consequently we assume that the materials you provide us meets this condition. If we are required to remove any materials that do not comply with this copyright condition we reserve the charge you for the work involved. | |

| If you are claiming your free listing then please provide the name of your agency. If not please provide a cheque made out to Richard Daley Associates for the necessary amount. VAT is charged at the current rate (currently 17.5%). Payment should be sent to the address on our contacting us page. | |

Your contact details for use of the website. All contact form potential bookers is directly with you. We advise that you just provide an email address, but if this is all you provide then please check regularly for enquiries. We advise you to not identify your actual property other than a general indication of the location of the property. |

| Whether there is a swimming pool and whether it is shared or private. | |

| Your property description. | |
| Up to four photographs for a standard entry. We use one photograph on the listing page and the other photographs on the page that describes your property. | |
| Additional photographs if desired. These will appear on the page that describes your property. Please see above for the additional charge. | |
| Your website address if you wish us to link to your website. Please see above for the additional charge. |
Please provide your description via an email or in a word document. If you provide us with a written or typed description then we will charge for preparing it for use on the website (see charges above).
If you provide us with printed photographs then please add the cost (please above) for digitising your photographs for use on the website.
We prefer you to give us your pictures at the highest resolution possible, so that we can prepare them for use on the website. Whilst we will crop photographs for the best effect and re-sample them for use on the website we will not re-touch your photographs. If photographs require re-touching this is an extra charge (please contact us for details). Warning: Often we are sent all the photos in one email. This can be a problem! Many email systems, e.g. AOL, place limits on the size of emails that can be sent or received. It is best to send each email individually to reduce the risk of problems. If an email is returned it may be due to a size limit being breached.
Please see existing entries for guidance on the information that would be useful in adding your property to the website.
The better the information you provide the less likely that potential customers will be confused or need to ask you questions, which means you will get more bookings. You might wish to describe the property, whether it has heating, air-conditioning, distance to beaches, shops, golf courses, what is provided (bed-linen, towels, ...) etc.
